We use secured PayPal for payment. You can pay with credit card or echeck through the PayPal system. You do not have to have a PayPal account or sign up for a PayPal account to use the Paypal payment system.

Payment by Check or Money Order:

To pay by check or money order please email the item or items you would like to purchase to kathy@fireflyarts.com or call 406-962-3836. Please send check or money order to: FireFly Arts, 37 Blain Way, Joliet, MT 59041 and a note with the item or items you are ordering. Thank you!



Shipping Information:

US Priority mail - $6.75 per order. Canada International Priority mail - $20.50 per order. All other International Priority Mail - $28.00 per order. Please choose shipping method and click on APPLY to obtain the shipping amount when checking out.

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days from the date the payment was received. If we can't ship in the 1-5 business days we will email you with the expected ship date. You will be offered a refund if you do not want to wait. Orders ship priority mail shipping usually takes 2-3 days in the United States, longer for International. If you need expedited order processing please let us know and we will be glad to let you know whether we can accommodate your needs!

Refund, Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the print or poster please contact us via e-mail kathy@fireflyarts.com telling us the reason for your displeasure. Refunds are for the items only no refund on postage. No returns after 30 days. Thank you!

Cancellation:

If you want/need to cancel an order please call 406-962-3836 as soon as possible. If the order has shipped there will be a 10% return fee. Thank you!

Difference between a print & poster? Without going into a history lesson in printmaking. Todays technologies in printmaking are blurring the differences between prints and posters. The term "poster" is sometimes associated with "cheap" when that not really the case. A print is a faithful reproduction of the artist's original work. It has no other "added" design elements. A poster for most practical purposes, is the same quality reproduction but is typically embellished with some sort of graphic treatment in the border of the piece. Typically this would consist of the artist's name, title of the work and perhaps a date or special event that the piece was used to promote.
